Are you a creative individual who wants to see your designs come to life on real-world products? WDB Marketing is looking for dedicated, motivated youth to join our official Custom Print & Apparel Marketing Apprenticeship Program.
This is a focused, hands-on paid training pathway designed to introduce you to the fast-paced world of commercial printing, custom apparel production, and visual merchandising. Rather than just learning design on a screen, you will rotate through multiple production areas—building real shop experience, equipment confidence, and clear career path options before transitioning into competitive industry roles, graphic design careers, or print shop management.

Custom Apparel & Screen Printing: Master the setups for textile printing, screen burning, ink mixing, and operating commercial heat presses to produce custom t-shirts, hoodies, and team uniforms.
-
Large-Format Signage & Banners: Learn the logistics behind vector scaling, vinyl weeding, and operating wide-format printers to produce promotional outdoor banners, yard signs, and event backdrops.
-
Merchandise & Promotional Items: Gain hands-on production experience creating branded promotional assets, including custom embroidered hats, sublimated mugs, stickers, and corporate gifts.
-
Digital Pre-Press & File Setup: Master the technical layout requirements for production, including color separation, bleed margins, vectorization, and preparing client artwork for flawless physical output.
-
Print Shop Operations & Finishing: Learn quality control, inventory management, precision paper cutting, binding, and the business workflow required to fulfill high-volume client orders.
Benefits & Perks
-
Paid Weekly!
-
Guaranteed steady hourly pay ($17.00/hour).
-
Favorable morning schedule (Monday through Thursday), leaving your afternoons and weekends completely free.

Direct access to commercial production equipment, professional portfolios, and industry mentorship.
Requirements
-
Technology: Must own and operate a modern smartphone capable of running mobile production schedules, order logs, and learning apps.
-
Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs (print media/box inventory), work on your feet, and handle production machinery safely for the duration of the 4-hour shift.
-
Transportation: Reliable transportation to commute daily to designated print studios, production facilities, and workshop hubs.
-
Background Screening: Pass a standard safety and background check for secure professional and corporate placement.
Qualifications of an Ideal Candidate
-
Dependable & Punctual: You respect production deadlines, arriving shop-ready and focused to start the print queue at 9:00 AM sharp.
-
Strong Eye for Detail: You care about the little things, catching misprints, checking alignment, and ensuring colors are vibrant and accurate before an order goes out.
-
Safety Conscious: Fully dedicated to following strict equipment safety guidelines, protecting your teammates, and safely handling inks, chemicals, and hot presses.
-
Teachable & Adaptable: You handle creative feedback well, enjoy learning new software and machinery, and work efficiently in a high-energy production environment.
