Robert Harper Jr. is a 24-year-old construction
management professional and community impact
leader with lifelong exposure to the construction
industry. Graduating high school at the age of 17.

Robert developed an early passion for building,
leadership, and economic empowerment. With a
strong foundation in construction management,
Robert founded Save Our City, Save Our Future
to create opportunities in communities that have
historically lacked access to education, capital, and
career pathways. His mission is centered on helping
people who look like him gain the tools needed to
build generational wealth and long-term stability.
Robert focuses on delivering financial literacy,
investment education, trade pre-apprenticeship
training, and homeownership education. He also
integrates media, AI, and digital marketing education
to ensure participants are prepared for both today’s
workforce and future industries.

Through his leadership, Robert is committed to
empowering underserved individuals with practical
skills, ownership-focused education, and real
pathways to sustainable careers, entrepreneurship,
and community transformation.
