SOC Workforce
Development Programs
The Workforce Development Program is an immersive pathway designed for youth looking to break into thriving, competitive industries. Participants learn from the ground up, gaining critical skills across essential trades and creative fields like Construction, HVAC, Media, Culinary, and Cosmetology. This program provides the opportunity to unlock industry-recognized certifications, secure stable jobs, and achieve financial independence while preparing for the future job market.
All students in construction-based programs will receive OSHA certifications. Don’t miss the opportunity to transform your passion into a rewarding, lifelong profession.
Youth Empowerment Programs
Our Youth Empowerment Programs is a supportive, resource-rich pathway designed for youth ages 16–24 striving for academic and professional success. Participants learn from the ground up by engaging with dedicated mentors, specialized workforce training, and foundational life skills. This program provides the opportunity to earn a high school diploma or GED, complete financial literacy courses, and step into meaningful job placements while preparing for long-term economic independence.

This program provides the opportunity to stimulate long-term economic growth, rebuild vital local infrastructure, and foster community pride while preparing a foundations for future generations to thrive.
