The Media Pre-Apprenticeship Program is a hands-on creative pathway designed for youth interested in storytelling, design, and digital content creation. Participants learn from the ground up by rotating through multiple media disciplines before choosing a creative direction. This program provides the opportunity to create messages, tell stories, and build brands while preparing for entry-level roles in the media industry
Real Estate Investor
Apprenticeship Program
The Real Estate Investor Apprenticeship Program is a hands-on, career-building pathway designed for individuals looking to launch a successful career in property sales, client relations, and market analysis. Participants learn from the ground up by rotating through crucial industry disciplines—including property staging, real estate marketing, and contract negotiation—before choosing a specialized real estate path.
HVAC Pre-Apprenticeship Program
Mastering the trade begins with preparation, technical discipline, and hands-on skill. The HVAC Pre-Apprenticeship Program was created to empower young adults with the foundational knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to launch a successful career in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. This preparatory program focuses on building a strong entry-level technical foundation through essential training in electrical fundamentals, system diagnostics, and workplace safety regulations.
90 Days to Home Ownership
Becoming a homeowner begins with preparation, discipline, and informed choices. The 90 Days to Homeownership Program was created to empower individuals and families with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to make informed financial decisions on the journey toward owning a home. This program focuses on building a strong financial foundation through education on credit, budgeting, and responsible debt management.
