Our Services
Construction Training
Through comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and expert guidance, we equip participants with the practical construction skills and industry knowledge essential for pursuing a new career path. Our programs provide the necessary tools, safety training, and insights to pave the way for success in construction.

Youth Mentorship & Coaching ages 16-24

SAVE OUR CITY PRE-APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM (SOC-PAP)
SOC-PAP is designed to equip participants with the foundational skill and knowledge necessary to pursue a successful career in the construction industry. Our comprehensive program combines hands-on training with classroom instruction, covering essential topics such as safety protocols, tool usage, blueprint reading, basic construction techniques, and hands-on learning. Participants will gain practical experience through real-world projects and receive guidance from experienced professionals. Upon completion, graduates will be well-prepared to enter apprenticeship programs or secure entry-level positions, paving the way for a promising career in construction.
SUPPORT FOR EX-FELONS & RETURNING RESIDENTS
We are dedicated to supporting ex-felons and returning residents through job placement assistance, financial literacy education, and comprehensive case management. We understand the unique challenges these individuals face as they reintegrate into society, and we’re committed to providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed. Our job placement assistance program helps clients secure meaningful employment through training, resume building, and interview coaching. We also offer financial literacy workshops and one-on-one counseling to empower individuals to take control of their finances, from managing debt to budgeting and saving. Additionally, our team of case managers works closely with each client to develop personalized reentry plans, addressing housing, healthcare, and other essential needs. Through our holistic approach, we aim to empower ex-felons and returning residents to build stable, fulfilling lives and overcome the barriers they face.
Resume Writing
We will teach resume writing we will help develop skills crafting clear, concise resumes tailored to individual carer goals. Emphasizing clarity, relevance, and impactful language, instructors guide students through formatting, quantifying achievements, and optimizing content for job applications.
