1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing saveourfuturecity.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws in the State of Illinois. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
2. Program Applications & Eligibility
The Foundation provides workforce training and mentorship programs for youth aged 16–24.

No Guarantee of Enrollment: Submitting an online application for any program (including Pre-Apprenticeship trades, Cosmetology, Media, or GED) does not guarantee acceptance or a spot in the program. Final admission is subject to capacity, review, and onboarding.

Exclusivity Rule: To maintain compliance with our funding and operational guidelines, applicants cannot be simultaneously enrolled in any other non-profit workforce development program at the time of entry.

Guardian Sign-Off: Applicants under 18 years of age require explicit legal guardian sign-off to be considered.

Media Release: Accepted students will be required to sign formal physical media release forms on Day 1 following registration. Online content is managed exclusively by Site administrators; users are not permitted to post public comments or user-generated content on our blogs or pages.
3. Donations, Shop, & Refund Policy
All transactions on our Site support our 501(c)(3) mission.

Monetary Donations: All one-time or recurring monetary donations made through the Site are strictly non-refundable.

Merchandise Sales (Donor Shop): All physical merchandise sales (such as Save Our City shirts) are final sale. We do not issue monetary refunds for products. However, items may be exchanged for a different size or defective replacement, subject to availability.

Event Sales: We do not sell products or merchandise directly at our live events.
4. Third-Party Partner Disclaimer
The Foundation proudly displays and collaborates with external program partners, sponsors, and local businesses (e.g., training facilities, employers, and job placement partners).

Limitation of Liability: Save Our City, Save Our Future Foundation holds no legal liability over the independent operations, workplace environments, or employment practices of these third-party partners.

Mediation Support: In the event of a dispute or issue between a program participant and an external partner, the Foundation will step in to mediate the situation to the best of our ability, but we cannot be held legally responsible for third-party actions.
5. Intellectual Property
All original content, graphics, logos, text, and website design elements on saveourfuturecity.org are the exclusive property of Save Our City, Save Our Future Foundation and the web development team. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written consent.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be filed in the appropriate court system representing Cook County/Oak Forest, IL.
