This is a focused, hands-on paid pathway designed for individuals who want to look beyond the chair and master salon operations, financial tracking, client retention, and brand strategy. You will work alongside experienced beauty entrepreneurs to gain the real-world business acumen required to manage a high-end facility or scale an independent beauty brand.
