This is a focused, hands-on paid training track designed for candidates who want to look beyond traditional real estate sales and master the actual mechanics of property investment. You will work alongside active investors and acquisitions managers, learning how to analyze neighborhoods, secure off-market deals, manage rehabilitation assets, and deploy strategic marketing frameworks to generate massive portfolio growth.

What You Will Learn (Curriculum Focus)

  • Wholesaling & Deal Sourcing: Master the art of finding off-market opportunities, researching property data, and driving for dollars.

  • Property Flipping & Rehab Operations: Learn how to accurately estimate repair costs, manage renovation scopes of work, and track construction timelines.

  • Rental Property & Asset Management: Gain a deep understanding of landlord-tenant dynamics, lease structuring, cash flow analysis, and property maintenance tracking.

  • Real Estate Marketing & Lead Generation: Deploy targeted digital, print, and direct outreach campaigns to build a consistent pipeline of motivated sellers.

  • Creative Financing & Deal Structuring: Understand the numbers behind the deals, including seller financing, hard money, and cash-on-cash return calculation metrics.
