Program Duration: Cohort-based with consistent weekly training and field placement hours.

Guaranteed Performance Stipend: $18 – $25 Per Hour (Equivalent to $144 – $225/day based on shift hours).
Program Requirements

Technology Access: Must own and operate a modern smartphone capable of running program logistics and learning management apps.

Background Screening: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and fingerprinting (DCFS/State compliance standards for working with youth).

Transportation: Reliable transportation to commute to designated partner childcare facilities and training hubs.

Education Track: High school diploma, GED, or current enrollment in an approved secondary education pathway.
